REQUISITOS

REQUISITOS:

• 2 Fotocopias de DNI color
• Fotocopia de la partida de nacimiento color
• 2 Foto carnet color
• Fotocopias DNI de ambos padres
• Fotocopia de las vacunas
• Fotocopia del boletín y/o informe
• evaluativo autenticada por el Director.
• Constancia de alumno regular.
• Libre deuda.
• Certificado de salud
• Certificado buco-dental
• Abono arancel por matrícula

LA INSCRIPCIÓN DE ALUMNOS DEBERÁ SER REALIZADA POR PADRE/MADRE/TUTOR RESPONSABLE CON DOCUMENTACIÓN QUE ACREDITE LA SITUACIÓN ( DNI, TENENCIA, OTRO).

LAS INSCRIPCIONES SE REALIZARÁN ÚNICAMENTE CON LA DOCUMENTACIÓN COMPLETA. SIN EXCEPCIÓN.

SE CONCRETARÁ LA INSCRIPCIÓN, AL MOMENTO DEL PAGO DEL ARANCEL POR MATRÍCULA. SIN EXCEPCIÓN.
